we resume regular programming

Hello good folks!

First off, many thanks for the glad tidings and birthday wishes! You guys rock!

Well, I’m still here, still breathing, despite many people’s superstitious beliefs and dire prophecies (Johnie,  Jason, Denis, Martha, The Emrys, and Cheri, I’m lookin at you!!).

Day didn’t go at all according to plan. Thought I’d get some money yesterday and do some crazy stuff.

Here was my plan: I was going to pack a few clothes, head to the bus park and randomly pick a bus and get on it, excluding Gulu, Hoima, Jinja and Mbale, as I’ve been to those places. After that, I don’t know what I’d do. Sounded too exciting to not do.

Sadly, the money I was expecting didn’t come through, and I was already raining down curses upon whichever god-forsaken idiot had caused this to happen, when it hit me that I should be thankful, who knows what the trip had in store for me…

Anyways, a friend took me out for lunch, she was awesome company and we ended up chilling from like 2:30 to 8:00pm. Some lunch huh? Anyways, after that, I had to dash to office to sort out some emergency.

All in all, Friday the 13th rocked! And yeah, again, I’m still here, older, much more foolish, and much more childish. Sounds like fun times.

And now, our regular programming.

On Rogue 132.26 FM: Vanilla Ice – Ice Ice Baby and MC Hammer – Can’t Touch This!

Offtopics:

These were sent to me by some friends on Facebook. Thanks Noah and Edward!

Isaiah 66:7-9

7 “Before she goes into labor,
she gives birth;
before the pains come upon her,
she delivers a son.

8 Who has ever heard of such a thing?
Who has ever seen such things?
Can a country be born in a day
or a nation be brought forth in a moment?
Yet no sooner is Zion in labor
than she gives birth to her children.

9 Do I bring to the moment of birth
and not give delivery?” says the LORD.
“Do I close up the womb
when I bring to delivery?” says your God.

Deuteronomy 1:11

‘May the LORD, the God of your fathers, increase you a thousand-fold more than you are and bless you, just as He has promised you!

Spontaneous is a choice, not a lifestyle.

LOL, gained, definitely gained. Nothing sinister.

You forgot your birthday? Wow. My bd is kinda hard to forget.

*disclaimer: my definition of wasted is not the standard definition.

DK is still sulking, says there nothing to celebrate about unfulfilled goals. We had a meeting of the minds and I told him to “lighten up”.

He said, and I quote: “My complexion, id, does not in any way allow me to gratify your request.”

      I think he’s alright.
